Micronesian Cultural Event

We're excited to partner with the Micronesian Coalition to bring the Micronesian Cultural Event to the library! Meet us on the west lawn to celebrate the cultures of the Marshall Islands and the Chuuk. There will be traditional food, outfits, dancing, and music to enjoy. All ages welcome. Teen Book Club & Movie

We'll be reading Jeanne DuPrau's City of Ember and watching the movie afterwards. Movie is rated PG. Pick up a copy of the book in the teen department. For tweens & teens, ages 9 & up.

First Friday: Bat Edition

Back by popular demand, we’ll be hosting the mobile bat exhibit, the Echolocation Grotto, from Alabaster Caverns State Park. We will also have bat-related crafts and giant games on the lawn. Hot dogs will be served while supplies last! This is an all-ages event!
