Donation Guidelines

Our Friends of the Enid Public Library are accepting donations from the community! All donations may be dropped off during library hours at the service desk or call us at 580-234-6313 for Curbside Delivery drop-off.

Please note: During the summer reading months of June-August 2022, please only bring 10 donations, per visit, per customer.

Ready to donate? Here are our donation guidelines:

We accept:

  • Fiction hardbacks with book jackets in GREAT condition, published within the last 10 years
  • Paperbacks in EXCELLENT condition, published within the last 2 years
  • Nonfiction in EXCELLENT condition, timely or relevant to today’s market
  • Oklahoma history books and microfilm, particularly those covering Enid & Garfield County, in EXCELLENT condition
  • Assorted media: DVDs & Blu-Rays, Audiobooks on CD, Video Games

Items to donate elsewhere:

  • Encyclopedias
  • Textbooks
  • Magazines and/or newspapers
  • Manuals
  • Anything not in EXCELLENT condition

    • Items must be in gently used condition. Does not accept magazines or outdated books

    • No donation limits
