The Public Library of Enid & Garfield County is the largest public library in Northwest Oklahoma, serving a population of over 50,000 people.

The library building has accessible street parking at the southwest corner of the building on Independence and Maine streets. The building is accessible by a ramp accessible from the sidewalk at this corner of the building. The building has an elevator for access to the second floor.
Accessible restrooms are available on the first and second floors.
A drive-up book drop is accessible in the ally on the north side of the building.
