Adventure Begins at Your Library
Join the Adult Summer Reading Challenge at EPL!
Summer reading programs aren’t just for kids! The Enid Public Library (EPL) invites adults to dive into our 2024 Summer Reading Challenge. From June 7 to August 2, immerse yourself in a world of books and exciting events designed just for you.
How It Works:
- Log Your Reads: Track all the books you read this summer in any format—print, digital, or audiobook.
- Earn Rewards: For every two books you read, you’ll receive a digital book badge and a passport sticker. Each sticker entitles you to a free book or a prize! (Note: Limit of 1 book prize per week.)
- Get Grand Prize Tickets: Each pair of books read and activity badge earned gets you a ticket for the grand prize drawing.
- Attend Adult Programs: Earn activity badges by participating in adult library events. For every three events you attend (up to 24), you’ll receive a Beanstack digital badge, a passport sticker, and another ticket for the grand prize drawing.

Track your progress easily using the Beanstack App at enid.beanstack.org. Prefer to log your reads offline? Pick up a paper log at the first-floor service desk or any adult program.
Kick-Off Event: June’s First Friday
Mark your calendar for June 7, 6:00-8:00 PM, and join us on the EPL lawn for the official kick-off event.
- Camp Olympics: Test your skills in tent-pitching and a three-legged race.
- Giant Games: Enjoy giant Scrabble and checkers.
This evening of fun and festivities is the perfect opportunity to register for the Summer Reading Challenge. Remember, every adventure begins at your library!
