Adventures in Paint by Numbers

Unlock your inner artist and create an acrylic landscape in our paint by numbers workshop! Join us to paint your masterpiece, whether you're a beginner or an experienced painter. All materials will be supplied, although participants are encouraged to bring their favorite brushes. Please register

SAIL: Staying Active

Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk of falls. This class meets twice a week on Wednesday and Friday.
