SAIL: Staying Active
Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk of falls. This class meets twice a week on Wednesday and Friday.

Elementary Craft – Mandalas I and II
Learn the history and meaning behind a mandala all while making your own! For beginning mandala creators, we’ll have sand art mandalas. For older mandala creators, we’ll have mandala stone creating.

Vacation tile coasters-make a keepsake coaster about your travels, or a mini vision board coaster about where you want to go.
