SAIL: Staying Active
Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk of falls. This class meets twice a week on Wednesday and Friday.
Teen/Tween Art Project
Bring your friends, bring your grown-up, lets make art!
Marquis James Room Tour
Tours include a discussion of our local history, who Marquis James was, and a look at the books from the James and Bass collection. Visitors will be able to learn how to use the resources available in the room.
Native American Cultural Event
November is Native American Heritage Month. Local tribal members will join us at the library on Saturday, November 18th, to share some culturally significant practices with the community. Weather permitting, the event will take place on the library lawn.
Baby & Me
Parents and grandparents: join us for a new program, Baby and Me, in the Great Plains Room. This will be a short program that focuses on babies and caregivers, highlighting play time, music, and a short story.
Craft Drop-In
Stop by the children’s department and do a weekly craft that goes along with our Tuesday and Wednesday morning storytime. Or drop by to color and draw! Crafts are usually geared towards preschool and elementary school children. All are welcome!
Easy Yoga for Strength & Balance
Discover how yoga can help you, regardless of age or mobility. This video yoga routine can be practiced with or without the assistance of a chair.
Closed Door Romance Book Club
