SAIL: Staying Active

Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk of falls. This class meets twice a week on Wednesday and Friday for twelve weeks 1/4/2023-3/24/2023. There will not be class on 1/18 or 3/15.
