A Man and His Cat by Umi Sakurai is one of the cutest manga out there. This review is for volume 1 because that’s currently all that is out in English. Volume 2 is set to come out on July 14. This series is ongoing in Japan with four volumes currently out.

This manga is appropriate for all ages, though the main (human) character is a middle-aged man. There are lots of funny moments with the man interacting with his cat, though the man has flashbacks that makes you think something tragic happened in his past. Since words alone cannot really describe how adorable this manga is, I’ll show you with some screenshots. I can’t wait to read more in this series!
