Voter Services at the Enid Public Library

Voter Registration Applications

The Enid Public Library has voter registration applications at the service desk of the first floor lobby. Residents may pick one up or call us at 580-234-6313 and request Curbside Delivery in the alley between the post office and the library. We will hand-deliver an application to you.

NOTE: The last day to register to vote for the 2020 general election is Friday, October 9, 2020.

Computer and Copy Services

Community members may use our computers. A library card is required to access the computers for a 90-minute period. Don't have a library card? Please bring a valid photo ID. At this time, we have limited computers available.

Free copy services available for a voting ID or voter identification card. All other printing is $0.10/page for black & white copies and $0.20/page for color copies.

Last day to request an absentee ballot is October 27, 2020 @ 5:00 PM. Standard absentee ballots must be hand-delivered to the county election board office by Monday, November 2nd at end of business day.

Important Voter Dates for Oklahoma

Friday, October 9: Last day to register to vote

Tuesday, October 27 @ 5:00 PM: Last day to request an absentee ballot

Monday, November 2nd by end of business day: Have hand-delivered your standard absentee ballot to the county election board office.

Tuesday, November 3rd by 7:00 PM:

  • General Election Day: polls open from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
  • County Board must receive your mail-in absentee ballot

Vote Early

Early voting will take place for all Oklahoma counties at their election board office. The following are the early voting hours for residents of Garfield County:

  • Thursday, October 29: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Friday, October 30: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday, October 31: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
