Getting Started with Hoopla

1. Register for a Hoopla account using the library’s link.
2. Click on “Get Started Today.”
3. Enter your email address and create a password.
4. Click on “Agree.”
5. Either click on “Public Library of Enid & Garfield County” or search for us on by our zip code: 73701, and click “Next.”
6. Enter your library card number and the PIN is your 7 digit phone number.
7. Start enjoying Hoopla!
