Enid Public Library to Host Teen Advisory Board Info Night

The Enid Public Library invites middle and high school students to an informational session about the newly-formed Teen Advisory Board on Thursday, January 30 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Members of the Teen Advisory Board will have the opportunity to share their ideas, provide feedback, and play an active role in making the library a space that reflects the needs and interests of the teen community. In addition, board members will earn one volunteer hour per meeting attended.

During the info night, students can learn more about the board, meet other potential members, and hear how they can get involved. The session will be informal, offering teens the chance to ask questions, share their thoughts, and connect with others. Snacks and drinks will be provided.

To attend the info night, teens must be accompanied by an adult or have a signed parental consent card, available at the library’s front desk. For more information, visit enid.okpls.org or contact the library at 580-234-6313 or publiclibrary@enid.org.
