Frank Coats, Mr. Boom Boom – Play Patrol Company Drum Circle Program

Mr. Boom Boom is coming to the Public Library of Enid & Garfield County! His visit is made possible by a grant from Park Avenue Thrift for children’s summer programming. Mr. Frank Coats, also known as Mr. Boom Boom, is a highly accomplished music educator, multi-instrumentalist, children’s author, and proud owner of Play Patrol. We’ll have an excellent adventure as Mr. Boom Boom leads a program on African Drum Circles.
