Book Talk @ the Library: At the Water’s Edge

Disgraced and abandoned, Madeline Hyde, her husband, and his best friend find themselves in a remote village in the Scottish Highlands, where the locals have nothing by contempt for them. Bravery vs. cowardice, privilege vs. poverty, and truth vs. lies are themes that run through At the Water’s Edge. The discussion will be held on May 9th at 6:00 pm. Copies of the book are available at the service desk.  If all of the copies are checked out, please ask to have the book put on reserve for you.
