Tai Chi Returns to the Library Wednesdays at 4:30

Through gentle stretching and strengthening exercises we will work to improve balance, strengthen muscles, and prevent falls. This low impact, relaxing exercise class is appropriate for any skill level, even those who use walkers, wheelchairs, or scooters. Sessions will be led by Lesa K. Rauh, Garfield County O.S.U. Extension Educator.
